Compensation Breakdown

Five (5) new membership tiers have been added. This is equivalent to entry-level work. You can register for any level to enter Norland, or you can start at the first level and work your way up. The levels are as follows:

Norland Compensation Types

Retail Sales Profit

Making money when you retail (or resell) the goods you purchase from Norland is a significant method of receiving bonuses from the company. It can’t be overstated that Norland produces incredible goods that essentially sell themselves. Getting clients for your Norland items is comparatively simpler. You are free to charge whatever price you deem appropriate for the goods. The members now have a significant source of revenue.

Retail Purchase Bonus

You can also earn bonuses from Norland by spending money on any subsequent purchases you make after registering, and you’ll receive a massive bonus of 20%. Monthly payments for this bonus are made in line with Norland’s Bonus Calendar. This incentive can be taken out or used to other Norland purchases.

Product Voucher Bonus

You will get a Product Voucher equivalent to 25% of the new member’s initial purchase (amount paid at registration) and all subsequent upgrade purchases made by the sponsored individual until the new member reaches the $3,500 (Diamond member level) in personal purchases. Product purchases are made with Product Vouchers.

Startup Bonus

As soon as your first two binary tree places are filled, you can receive a one-time 50% Start Up Bonus. Additionally, you will be compensated when two additional spots on your second level are occupied by at least one A and one B leg. 50% of the PV on your lower leg is your start-up bonus. $200 = 128PV x 50% = %64 Bonus, for example.

Leadership Bonus

Up to the ninth generation of binary Group Bonus checks generated by your individual sponsorship tree, you will get Leadership Bonus payments. Your lessor leg must have 16,000 PV in lifetime volume, with at least 3,500 PV originating from new volume that month, and you must directly sponsor 1-left + 1-right in binary in order to be eligible.

Benefits Bonus

The primary benefits and bonuses are automobiles and outdoor excursions. We provide both travel and vehicle incentives. The bonus amount is determined by your membership level.

Honorary Bonus (Long Term Dividends)

A sizeable portion of Norland’s budget is allocated to the Honorary Bonus area of the Norland compensation plan. You have to be at least Gold level to be eligible.

Honorary Bonus (Global Dividends)

Aside from the standard first-level entrance levels, there are additional membership tiers after Diamond. Those who attained the Red Diamond status are given super star treatment! They will split 1% of the total PV of all Norland items sold globally. Members ranging from Red Diamond to Double Crown are entitled to varying proportions of the weighted average worldwide dividends.

Promotional Incentives

Norland periodically offers a variety of campaigns with the goal of awarding members with electrical devices, automobiles, trips, and other prizes. These offers are only available for a limited period of time, and members must meet specific performance requirements to qualify.

Bonuses of this kind are determined by individual purchases. From the beginning, members can begin receiving 1-3 generations of matching salaries from the weekly Group Bonus (binary) revenues of the team. Ranking and Sponsor Tree are the basis for the leadership incentive.
